A public changelog at carlosframework.com/platform/changelog: every release back to v0.1.0, its published notes, and every change that landed in it (one per merged branch), linked to its Amadan branch, discussions and docs, with who did the work.

  • cmd/changelog + internal/changelog generate docs/site/changelog.json from git tags, first-parent history, Amadan tombstones (refs/amadan/closed/*), the published release notes (gh) and Amadan discussions. Credit comes from authors and Co-Authored-By trailers through docs/site/people.json. docs/site/changelog-links.json maps release-note bullets to branches by hand.
  • internal/changelog/committed_test.go gates the committed file: shape, no addresses or private links, docs links resolve, bullet links agree, and completeness against git where tags are present.
  • The website side is commit 59b9cf9 on branch platform-changelog of carlosframework/website (local, not pushed: its copy is in review).
  • Spec rev 2 and Astra's spec findings are in docs/superpowers/specs. README gains release step 10.

Status 2026-10-06 night: built and green locally; Astra code review running; copy review waiting on Paul. Not merged.

A changelog for every release: cmd/changelog joins tags, merged branches, release notes, Amadan discussions and credit into docs/site/changelog.json, which carlosframework.com renders at /platform/changelog.
