Built, reviewed and green. Platform tip d0aac27d, CI passed. Website: local branch platform-changelog in ~/github.com/carlosframework/website-changelog (08c3877), not pushed. Astra: spec accepted with fixes (all taken); code review three rounds, every finding taken; the last rounds probed encoded private links in release notes, now checked on the rendered page with the browser's URL parser.

1) Paul approves the 16 strings (server http://docs-t1.tail5fd3ba.ts.net:36559; files in the website worktree's copy-review/platform-changelog-2026-10-06). 2) Apply them verbatim to src/changelog.njk, src/platform/index.html and README step 10. 3) amadan branch merge carlos/platform platform-changelog. 4) Push the website branch, PR, merge, ship per its AGENTS.md.

Rulings 1-4 in the spec. A published release lists commits no earlier published release reached. Quoted records get addresses and private-repo URLs redacted; anything else unsafe fails the run. Completeness check skips on CI's depth-1 clone.
