Ruling Q7 of #175 (G17). Direct-mode carlos add defaulted --account to ops, so every route it wrote was filed under the deployment operator. Console claims made as the app's own account were then refused against it, and no custom domain could attach to Tito's 71 controld hosts.

Now --account has no default: an add is refused unless --account or --account-id names the owner. A re-add naming a different account from the existing row's owner is also refused, before anything is written. Changing owners is adoption's job (P6).

Breaking for callers that relied on the default. Don't roll to a box until its callers pass the flag. The binary already on the boxes accepts --account, so the callers can change first.

  • platform-infrastructure scripts: GitHub PR carlosframework/platform-infrastructure#37 (each passes -account ops, today's behaviour).

Still to do: copy review of three CLI strings and a docs paragraph, then the docs edit.
