Built, CI green at b78f5bab, copy approved; held only on Tito's route sync. Needs a merge of main before any push (CI-speed changes to root tests landed 2026-10-21).

Merge origin/main first (root TestMain now isolates TMPDIR to /var/tmp; buildCarlos returns one shared read-only binary per process: 512baa5, aaa6a94), re-run the root tests, wait for CI, then squash-merge once tito/titogo #17 confirms route-sync passes --account.
Blocked on
tito/titogo #17: no reply since 2026-09-28. platform-infrastructure PR #37 (the four scripts) also still open.
Already decided
Ruling Q7 (2026-09-25): direct carlos add requires --account/--account-id and refuses re-owning a route. Copy approved 2026-09-28. Existing root tests pass -account ops; the new test uses buildCarlos and never writes the binary.
