docs: carlos add names its account (#175 Q7)
The copy approved in review, verbatim: the CLI reference's example names --account, and a paragraph says it is required and that a re-add keeps the owner. infra/remote-host.md's example gains the flag. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
