Fiesta 1.2.0: takes Rastrillo's fixes since the seed (console rail ring, skipped transitions in shell.js and new transition.js, busy.js data-live-form), each through a named gate exception with its own regression test, and exposes fiesta.Sources(). Rastrillo part 2 then vendors it.
