Slice 4 of the Meet design (spec §12 item 4): chat and screen share. hub.Fanout for the two untargeted messages, /signal dispatch with the 2 KB limit, the chat panel as estilo's first chat (one partial, one script), the broadcast lane and screen share in room.js, and the chat and share gate scenarios. Plan: docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-10-meet-slice-4-chat.md (six tasks). Same loop as slices 2 and 3.
