A release adopted by the root pass now reaches a warm exec instance within seconds. Before, the instance served the old build until the activator sweep's 90s grace ran out (discussion #231).
Agent notes
Root cause confirmed in the flagship box journal on 2026-10-05: carlos-stage.service repoints about 8s after the agent's request; the activator cycled the child 104-132s later. Fix: activator Drifted / ConvergeAdopted / BounceAdopted and a converge leg on the agent's 2s tick, one cycle per tick. Astra round 1 accept with fixes (all applied), round 2 no defects, two test gaps (one closed, one declined with the reason in 0d3f9f9c). Workers are left to the sweep. No new member-facing strings. Not merged: Paul merges.
