Host lifecycle claim, Plan 2: versioned storage primitives. lease.VersionedStore (exact-version list, stream, copy, delete, create-only put) over explicitly region-bound S3 clients, a versioned bucket model plus S3 wire server in leasetest, a shared contract suite, and the box role's own-bucket version grants. Nothing calls it in production yet. Plan: docs/superpowers/plans/2026-10-05-host-lifecycle-claim-2-versioned-storage.md on design-replica-ownership.
