Released as v0.1.0, merged as ea288e6 after green amadan CI. Supplies an app manifest, worker/browser helpers, a public offline fallback, explicit updates, an aviso example and a focused skill. Go/JS, the separate example and Chromium/WebKit tests pass; no application data is cached.
