Tell readers rst-side takes its width from its parent

rst-side answers to its own width, so it cannot take that width from
its content: as a flex item sized by its content it is zero wide, and
a page that put it in a flex row would show nothing, with no error. The
CSS comment said so, where a reader of the gallery never looks. The
side-nav example now carries the approved note, prose.side-nav.width,
byte for byte: "rst-side takes its width from its parent. In a flex
row, give it flex: 1 1 0, or it can shrink to nothing."
TestASideInAFlexRowIsGivenItsWidth (af340e7) holds both halves of it.

The note is written into examples/prose.json directly, as the other
1.1 state notes are, not into the exporter's approvedProse: that table
answers slots rastrillo's prose queued, and refuses one rastrillo never
had ("approved but was never queued"); side-nav has no rastrillo
counterpart.

Its translations in the eleven gallery catalogs are machine drafts from
the approved English, not reviewed; drafts.json names them. The note is
on the example's page, not in its frame, so the frame heights stay as
they were; the height drives pass unchanged.
