Say what wraps a row's flex line in the inline status's comment

The comment said a flex line would drop the status or the action by
each name's length. It does not: the name is flex: 1 with
min-inline-size: 0 and shrinks to nothing first, so what breaks the
line is the lead, status, action and gaps together outgrowing the row.
A reader trusting the old reason would think a long name was the risk
and a short name made a flex line safe. Comment only; the release build
strips it (fiesta.css 23,822 gzipped, unchanged).
