No red-first test in this task: it changes only the heights table and the slice weights. The proof is the hub gate with the new table, which passed 48 of 48 on 0d6be39.

Sweep. Throwaway branch fiesta-1-1-heights-sweep (75c5e75, from ae5272b), one step 10-heights-sweep = exec make heights-sweep, mode 100755. Deleted on the hub and locally afterwards.

1500px drive: 1896 frames, 348 opened, 12 locales, 0 short. The printed table differs from ae5272b's in five Desktop keys only, all 1.1 states: dropdown/menu-idiom 200 -> 210, locale-menu/twelve-languages-current-highlighted 420 -> 440, scheme-menu/standalone 200 -> 210, scheme-menu/three-choices-dark-current 200 -> 210, stat-band/two-to-a-line-on-a-phone 180 -> 200. Rest heights printed layout-column/default {Desktop: 650, Mobile: 920}; the table's 650/1110 is kept (Mobile rest is set for the 320px phone).
320px drive: 5 short, all list-row-action/a-short-status-beside-the-name. Needs: es 390 -> 410, hi 321 -> 350, ja 510 -> 530, pt-PT 366 -> 390, vi 393 -> 420.
No other key drifted in either drive.

Timings. Throwaway branch fiesta-1-1-test-timings (d551b26), one step running the new tests with -v on a runner, because the gate's log has no per-test times. Also deleted.

Gate. a540ec7 failed one shard: browser.internal.gallery~9of18, TestTheBarsLanguageMenuStaysOnScreen, "Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to fetch" while refetching tokens.css for the no-anchor leg. It was in slice 9 under the old weights too, and it passed locally three times (the slice once, the test twice). Amended with no tree change as 0d6be39: passed, 48 of 48.
