Fiesta part 3: the fiesta.rastrillo.org website. internal/www builds every page: the landing page in eleven languages from one template and string catalogs, the design system at /design-system/ with the explanations carried from Rastrillo's gallery, and site/static/. Fiesta itself (css/, js/, i18n/, icons/, releases/) does not change; what the site needs from it is listed in site/FOLLOW-UPS.md. Plan: rastrillo branch fiesta-design, docs/superpowers/plans/2026-10-28-fiesta-3-site.md.
