Full make test and exact-head CI a75c7a9 passed. Human review of17 carried strings remains pending /tmp/sheets-reconciliation-copy/strings.json; no wording changes authorized. Root coordinates Estilo shared primitives independently. Explicit APPROVE or REQUEST CHANGES for reconciliation code/design, identifying missing safety or functional requirements and exact files/lines; approval does not waive pending human copy and deployed-canary gates.
