Plan at docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-10-meet-slice-3-relay.md: six tasks (relay package, startup parsing, /ice with hub.Authorize, room.js renewal, the browser gate, the record). Two rulings recorded in the plan for revision 9: /ice carries the peer as a query parameter like the stream resume, so a native client needs no body on a GET; a member's /ice re-derives standing exactly as /signal does (§15.12). The relay itself is enabled on the app with carlos relay enable at deploy time, after the edge deploy, and verified by carlos relay status and the instance's startup log (region count only).
