slice/5-drive

Slice 5 of the Meet design (spec §12 item 5): the drive surface. The agents table and once-shown token, the Settings page that mints and revokes, the bearer middleware with reach re-derived on every request (unrevoked token and the operator's current member standing), the five JSON operations of §8.2, the robot badge and principal on the list. Plan: docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-11-meet-slice-5-drive.md (four tasks). Same loop as the earlier slices; the browser gate is unchanged and re-run once on the final head.
