Slice 2 of the Meet design (spec 12 item 2): the holding screen's scripted half (devices.js), the in-process hub with participations, the cap, limits, resume with replay and pair generations, the SSE stream and POST signal endpoints, the room page with removal and takeover confirm pages, room.js with perfect negotiation and reconciliation, and the Playwright gate proving a two-browser call on localhost. Plan: docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-10-meet-slice-2-room.md (eleven tasks). Executed by subagents per the programme plan; Codex independent review after; canary before merge.
