Native calls now use a shared joining screen, remote focus with a local thumbnail, and selectable focus/grid layouts on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Mac chat can move into its own window; closing/reopening it retains the unsent draft and keeps the call active. Compact labeled call controls and padded Mac icon packaging complete the UI update.

The user requested a squash merge. Candidate 9225ec2 is a single commit directly on 651cff2 (main), with a tree identical to local UI commit b53f184. Amadan’s merge endpoint only creates two-parent merges, so this prepared squash commit landed via a normal non-force fast-forward push after verification.

make ci passes and remote exact-head CI is green. Existing Swift chat-window lifecycle/draft tests and iPhone Safari/member/guest/native-media checks passed for the source snapshot. The fresh Mac/browser authentication/media/chat gate passed in 173.392 seconds, including member and guest calls, stream renewal, all twelve incoming chat messages, and clean departure. SwiftUI source review found no merge-blocking correctness issues in the changed paths. Physical device acceptance remains separate from these automated checks.
