codex/native-mac-milestone
Add a SwiftUI Mac client with native WebRTC and a shared Go signaling core. Sign-in opens the default browser, preserves the existing Home or magic-link identity, and hands a separate session back to the app after explicit approval with a matching code. Emailed links can open in a new browser tab; no embedded webview or cookie extraction is used.
Includes the current Home integration while preserving Meet calls and agent APIs. Server additions are bounded, five-minute, single-use sign-in handoffs and authorized room metadata. Native bindings remain isolated from cgo-free server releases.
Validation: make ci; server and core race tests; all 31 Chromium call scenarios; member and guest email handoffs with JavaScript disabled; native/browser bidirectional audio/video, guest admission, stream renewal and departure; Mac build and signature verification. Security tests cover Home identity preservation, CSRF, wrong proof, replay, expiry, and source-session revocation.
First milestone: local macOS development app. iOS packaging, distribution signing, native screen sharing and physical-device acceptance remain follow-up work.
