Confirm estilo's premise: day as base, decided by Paul

Paul ruled directly, today: if Docs, Sheets and other Oficina apps are
going to share a design system, estilo makes sense and should be
started, with rastrillo's day theme as its base. That resolves the
conflict the "premise under review" banner existed to record — it was
a note that two sessions had received contradictory rulings, not a
standing doubt about the repo itself, and it stays accurate only as
long as the conflict is open.

Replaces the banner in both files with a one-line confirmation dated
today. Everything below it — the one rule, the settled decisions, the
dependency reasoning, the vocabulary split — is unchanged; none of it
depended on the premise being open, and none of it needed re-deriving
now that it's closed.

Also ignores .superpowers/, a session-local report directory that has
no business being committed.
