Calma becomes estilo's theme (decisions-table row 8; Paul, 2026-09-28/29, after six rounds of design directions: "Grain and filaments. No cores, no rim lights. Then go.").

• theme: Calma tokens; one colour ring for every app (theme/apps.go) with theme.ForApp(slug); Onest via theme.FontHandler. The day byte gate is replaced by day's token-set check, rastrillo's contrast pairs for the suite and each app in both schemes, and per-app accent goldens.
• brand: Calma marks for web, iPhone and Mac, generated from icons.json (hues must equal the ring). Calls is calls.svg (meet kept as an alias). Fichas, Mail and Files get icons. distribute.py knows Calls and each app's native icon paths.
• sky: the seeded nebula (haze, grained clouds, filaments) for sign-in, team home and front page — never inside an app.
• credits: Onest's OFL with provenance, behind -onest.

Consumers adopt next: home first, then each app (bump pin, ForApp, distribute icons, update their day-equality tests).
