worktree-sans
Sans-serif becomes the default body font, matching Docs and Word. Adds docs-font-serif to the closed mark vocabulary so serif stays expressible, and pins the default against the PDF exporter so screen and export cannot drift. Restyles every existing document, which is why it lands alone.
