worktree-debounce
Shorten the save debounce from 2000ms to 250ms, so an edit reaches another tab faster than a person notices. Possible only because snapshots removed the retained-update cliff the old value was headroom against. Costs eight times the doc_updates row rate, which makes the compaction horizon the next piece of work.
