suite-amendment
Consume the suite sharing doctrine: Appendix A.2.
oficina/suite is now the shared repository holding the doctrine that binds every app in the suite, at revision 4, commit 210312f. This branch is the Docs half of §12 step 1: replace the places this spec restated a shared rule with a citation, and record which rulings Docs consumes.
Four sections change. §8.2's boundary becomes the team rather than the instance, and says Docs serves S1–S3 and S8 wherever sibling tokens are configured — not "in suite shape", because Docs has to serve a lone memoria before any home exists. §9.1's five-call contract is deleted: it was correct when written and is now wrong, and nothing made the copy notice. §9.2 keeps every Docs obligation and cites the rules they serve. §11.2's conversion-API rejection stands with its edge recorded, written as a qualification under suite ruling 6 rather than as a claim about what §11.2 already meant.
New §14a lists the consumed rulings with the doctrine's commit and revision, and names the two that are not consumed yet: the hand-off needs a receipt route, pending state and a confirmation step on the create endpoint, and S8 needs a designated-area grant in the share UI. Both are spec work this branch does not do.
