Fixes formatting icons flashing on every iPhone keystroke. Keep visual availability and the last settled formatting selection stable while the replica catches up; preserve command guards for pending input, composition, generation mismatch, read-only access and paused input. Reviewed by GPT-6 Astra. All 30 XCTest and 14 Swift Testing cases passed. iPhone simulator input-rule reversal and multiline persistence UI test passed against an isolated server fixture. Recorded frames show stable formatting icons and the expected list-selection change. Signed iPhone build 5 passed identity and signature checks.
