Prompts

● 3dc3a70 core: Rust crate skeleton building for wazero

● 6e8eefb Plan: Task 5 alloc/free via std::alloc, not Vec::from_raw_parts

● b3d3e42 core: C ABI for the wazero host

● 734b6f3 Plan: Task 6 caps execution and discards trapped instances

● 136d7a7 internal/core: run the Rust core under wazero

● 85e97b6 internal/core: fix-round-1 -- cap timeout to what it's for, discard test that can fail, exact-length reads, bounded log, relocated vendor

● 1e49437 ci: the gate, and the end of the bootstrap exception

● 01e0e6f ci: install fixtures/ node deps in the gate itself

● 3bc95ca ci: fix round 1 -- reorder so no_host_imports can't pass by skipping, one clippy invocation, add cargo fmt

● a4e7d3c Merge the spec amendments onto the implementation branch

● 8a011f9 ci: pre-merge fix wave — reproducible wasm build, honest containment claim

● 6d4d940 Finishing a branch: push and open the discussion, then squash-merge
