ios: the TestFlight summary says what actually happened (#1512)
Without --external nothing is submitted for beta review, but the closing line claimed external testers would get it once Apple's review cleared ā sending the next operator looking for a review that was never filed. Hit on the 0.9.6 mint, a Mac-only release where iOS was minted for version parity only.
