ios+mac: mint native 0.9.6 (20) โ the changelog entry for the build (#1511)
Two Mac fixes over 0.9.5 (19), both from Paul using the 0.9.5 build. The typeahead drop-up (#1508): the `/`, `@` and `:` lists lived in the composer band, which shrinks the feed's scroll view, so the transcript moved a row at a time as the list re-ranked. Web parity โ the web has always overlaid it. Also picks up the web's 216pt height cap. The near-bottom sweep (#1510): the typing-bubble, link-card and text-size triggers still read the newest row's TOP, which counts a reader a screenful into scroll-back as "at the bottom" whenever that row is tall. iOS carries NO app changes in this build. It is minted alongside so the two apps stay on one version and build (ios/README.md ยง Releasing), but it goes to internal testers only โ an external beta review for a build with nothing in it would be a waste of a review cycle.

+๐ค A new Mac app (0.9.6), all about the conversation holding still.
+
+The `/`, `@` and `:` suggestion lists now float above the message box instead
+of pushing the whole conversation upwards as you type and the list of matches
+narrows. A long list stops at a readable height and scrolls, rather than
+covering the chat you're floating over.
+
+Scrolling back to re-read something is steadier too: a link preview finishing
+loading, someone else starting to type, or changing the text size no longer
+pulls you down to the newest message. That only ever happened when the newest
+message was a long one โ which is exactly when you'd least want to be moved.
