Replace the copied refresh coalescer with the pinned RastrilloNative package, preserving the LChatCore public API and regression tests. The pin includes native-first skill guidance. The 497-test core suite passes with two existing opt-in skips; macOS and iOS simulator app builds pass against the unchanged Swift implementation. Ready to land once the pinned native package is on main.
