docs: CLAUDE.md — Eleven is not gendered (#512)

Codify Paul's rule: Eleven is the product's voice, not a character with a
gender. Never she/her (or he/him) in copy, changelogs, docs, prompts, or
commits — name Eleven, or recast. Sits beside the app-icon rule: brand facts
you don't reinvent. (The repo's only violations were today's two changelog
entries, fixed in #511.)
