changelog: Eleven is not gendered — drop she/her from today's entries (#511)
Eleven is the product's voice, not a character with a gender. The two member-bots-era entries said "she'll build it" / "her welcome"; recast to name Eleven directly. (The rest of the repo already got this right.)
