Continue canonical allowance and inert consent checkpoints separately; complete production descriptor/fork integration and lifecycle design before any VFS activation.
Blocked on
Opus review pending due provider limit; native arm64/kernel and full descriptor pathname audit remain unproven. No main merge/deploy authorization.
Already decided
Actual SCM_RIGHTS, SQLite interoperability, crash recovery and terminal cleanup evidence retained. Model/test evidence is not AWS or Stripe proof.
