Verified experimental checkpoint a7eea082: full local build/vet/gofmt/make test and three cross builds passed; exact Amadan CI gate/cross/MinIO contract passed. Native, race and emulated arm64 VFS tests pass; independent Astra scoped reviews accepted. Opus remains pending.

Review isolated multi-connection lock stage and process interoperability/SCM_RIGHTS tests, then integrate and gate. Initial failed9d2fd891 gate preserved; corrected foreign-memory bridge uses pinned copies with vet enabled.

Full Part B incomplete: production helper/fork raw-descriptor lifecycle and identity checks, native arm64 kernel evidence, support conditions and approval H. Billing remains OFF; no merge/deploy/provider operations.
