#264, mostly CLI. When instances set-environment or set-channel gets the membership 404, the CLI asks the app's route list, which sits behind the same gate. A host it lists is a box route with no instance record, and the error says so and gives the box-side command (or, for a platform canary, says nothing can rebind it). A host it does not list is reported as missing from this console's box, with account and app confirmed fine. --host is lowercased. carlos route -h points remote users at the instances verbs. The console's routes door gains an additive platform_canary field; its identical 404 for no-record and not-yours is unchanged.
