CI on the tip: twelve SIGTERM kills with both split packages' shards running together; b4f4cfb8 runs them in waves and is the test of that.

Replays are byte-identical (Expect.Stamp). Startup scan bounded 30 s, fail closed. Paging armed from the scan's evidence before the bootstrap page.
