23af60b5 (main merged in, census re-pinned after moves-offline and armed-box-updates): CI GREEN. Astra accepted 44148d2b after four rounds (3+2+1 P2 fixed, round 4 accept); the merge commit changes only census pins. Ready for Paul's merge.

Paul: merge with amadan branch merge carlos/platform run-lifecycle-logs-325 -squash -expect 23af60b5 (re-merge main + wait for CI first if main moved). Then push nothing else; release + roll per the usual order (dev first). After the census owner rules, swap PROPOSED-325 for census-ruling-run-lifecycle-logs-325.

Scope (Paul): lifecycle events only. Copy approved unchanged (16 strings). Run lines are at most once and best effort; result.json and the audit log are the record. finish logs only after its result lands; closeInterrupted logs only when it wrote the result and its own done CAS landed. Launch-window cancel/timeout says 'before it started', restating the result as the CLI does. Console-side endings (expired, lost) get no line.
