Operator door for platform-managed hostnames (#209). Ops owners and CARLOSSYSTEMOPERATORS may attach a host under CONSOLEDENYDOMAINS (carloku.com, go.tito.io) to an app they are a member of, with --platform. Members stay refused, and every later write to that claim (wildcard, paths, detach) needs the same door. Console hosts, steering host, tunnel host and the apps domain stay unclaimable by anyone.
