Writes down the rule Paul gave on 2026-09-05: no more issues on github.com/carlosframework/platform; file an amadan discussion instead.

Docs-only. The numbers in it are from the migration done the same day: 110 open GitHub issues triaged against main, 20 already fixed, 1 duplicate, 89 migrated to discussions 20-108 with their full text, and all 110 closed with a comment saying where they went.

The ratio is the part worth keeping: roughly one issue in six had been answered without anyone noticing, several of them by work whose own code comments cite the issue number. That is what a tracker looks like once it has stopped being part of the loop, and it is the argument for the rule.
