Switch, ids, record move state, claim BeginMove/ReleaseMove, operator move door, staging layout + lease + signing guard, sealed files archive, timers snapshot, env report, T11 budget, readiness reports, registry hold_op, protocol floor, held render + strict spawns + D3 proof, the box moves pass to ready, and the copy gate (switch stays off while any copy row is pending). Every task Astra-reviewed; whole-branch review READY TO MERGE (switch off); full gate green at 9872b46a.
