Human
v0.23.0 plus the two deploy-latency fixes (#231): the converge leg on its own loop with held bounces, and the record readers' directory walk. Built to roll to the flagship boxes without the other sessions' commits on main.
Agent notes
Not for merging: both fixes are already on main (b2a76df9, 91bb1a2e). This branch exists so the rolled build names a real commit. Delete it once a release carries the fixes.
