Owner adoption preserves existing pipeline bytes/ETag, including absent legacy pipeline and invalid pipeline bytes. New app creation still writes default edge. Regression tests reproduced the bug and now pass. Full local Go gate and Amadan CI passed at 5ad2d87d. Independent Opus review pending Claude quota reset or explicit user-approved reviewer substitution. Exact live-console backport is hotfix/adopt-existing-pipeline-c1d40eeb. No deployment or registration mutation performed.

Opus approved 5ad2d87d and production backport 7e131c04 with no blockers. Merged as 4d5eab8; main CI passed. User explicitly approved scoped flagship console rollout. Rolled console to 7e131c04 and verified running /proc binary. Restored carlosframework in ops/bab through CLI API. All 45 release objects, serial and live HTML were unchanged by registration. Website then shipped separately through console API as 9af1fa2; apex, www, attributes and docs match built output. Live browser disclaimer persistence and reopen passed.
