Test-only follow-up on signup checkpoint47d5e8c1 (review221). The one-file delta verifies that removing current step-up after sealing ON refuses account birth atomically, restored freshness permits the same birth, and later OFF survives historical replay. A direct-call AST inventory pins the two existing createAccountTx callers.
Actual bounded Opus review ACCEPT; normal1.799s/race4.091s/vet/format passed. Removing completion freshness and adding a third direct caller both fail the corresponding tests. Inventory aliases/package-level references remain a stated limitation. Exactf71540f0 Amadan gate, all five cross shards and MinIO contract pass; this branch has not had a separate full local gate. Base47d5 exactCI passed; its local full gate timed out after1800.332s and remains failed. Supplemental exact-binary partitions are running.
No production code change, consumer wiring, billing activation, commercial approval, main merge or deployment. Review the test-only delta47d5e8c1..f71540f0; inherited implementation retains all signup/backend capability, migration rollout and provider holds.
