fix/carloku-sidecar-replication-owner-20261003

Checkpoint e7ae03fe separates always-on sidecar process-lease ownership from root-owned replication. The activator retains the real lease and uses its health, but does not start a second replica. Unproven ordinary or failed-wake child cleanup retains the entry and lease for retry; replicaClosed never becomes synthetic proof. Instances and hibernating workers retain embedded replication.

Actual Opus accepted the bounded implementation with no blockers. Four-package normal/race/vet passed, 13 targeted mutants were killed and frozen source hashes were checked. Exact-tip CI passed. The local gate FAILED at23:31:53Z: Stop returned while its log listener still accepted connections, and the move-checkpoint fixture expected more durable rows than observed. Both failures are preserved. Isolated corrections are under independent Codex review; the required Opus code review stopped at provider session quota with no verdict and remains pending. This checkpoint is not locally green. Low-priority review findings and failed-run evidence remain in the durable checkpoint.

UNPUBLISHED IMPLEMENTATION CHECKPOINT ONLY. DO NOT MERGE OR DEPLOY. Root live config/new-DB coverage and restore lineage are not proven. With embedded Restore skipped, a missing local DB can start empty unless supported root restore is established; preserve existing activator-prefix replicas. Checked old-agent termination, live Hibernate flips/retirement and inventory refusal remain activation gates. No provider changes or real AWS replication proof. LIVE BILLING OFF. This branch is separate from backend integration.
