Already decided
Reused existing backend plumbing (status.BoxMetrics.RouteDBBytes via loadBoxJoin, and the metrics sweep's BoxMetricsView.Disk) instead of a new host-agent probe, since both already existed end-to-end for other console pages. DiskFracMax is the worst-case box among an app's instances, not an average, by deliberate choice.
