feat/hostclaim-genselect
Human
Host lifecycle claim, Plan 7b: internal/genselect, the shared read-only generation selector (moves spec §5.1 at 7.13; the model's restoreCalc as reference; its pure-selection witnesses ported as table tests). Select for the live/baseline generation, SelectPrepared for a prepared restore. Imported by the pull door and by the moves restore. No production caller yet. Built on feat/hostclaim-library (Plan 1), so it merges after it.
