Host lifecycle claim, Plan 7: the pull door. Under CARLOSHOSTCLAIM the console brackets each listing with two claim reads (O1/O2), selects versions only under the holder's location, and returns console-signed handles naming exact object versions; file reads open exactly that version. Flag unset: unchanged. Refuses a non-empty holder.generation until Plan 7b's selector is wired in. Built on feat/hostclaim-library (Plan 1), so it merges after it.
