Host lifecycle claim, Plan 6 (box wiring), Tasks 1-5 only: the inert selection interface, selected work under the real host guard, writer transitions and regional parking composition, strict spawn and timer-control adapters. Inert; nothing in production calls them. Tasks 6-11 wait on Paul's rulings (amadan #236) and the proposed claim spec §6.6. Built on feat/hostclaim-park (Plans 3, 4) with genselect merged; merges after those.
