Carloku paid plans (spec docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-07-carloku-pricing-plans-design.md): immutable plans data, Stripe checkout/portal/webhook boundary, quantity history, durable invoice engine, and the metering prerequisites (edge spool, ownership, durability ledger, object-store transfer).

Overnight run 2026-09-30/10-01 (brief: OVERNIGHT.md in the operator's durable work dir): build the pricing page and the console GET billing page for morning review, finish charged-transfer and replication-write evidence, close partial-month/proration/enforcement gaps, and prepare the exact Stripe catalog provisioning. Live Stripe is read-only; no production infrastructure changes; billing remains OFF.

Reviewed status lives in implementation/carloku-paid-launch/ (AGENT_HANDOFF.md, requirements-audit.json, stripe-live-readiness.json). Nothing on this branch is launch-ready until live purchase, webhook and metering verification are complete.
