Fixed prices in USD, EUR and GBP for Carloku: a versioned price book, one stored currency for a subscription and all its metered overage, and a public export for the site. Cut from the paid-launch branch at 12e70d95. Billing is off, the amounts are a draft Paul has not approved, and nothing writes to Stripe. The contract is docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-01-multi-currency-price-book-design.md.
